Upcoming Actions, Goals, and Priorities

Helena is appointing a new city manager. This may not seem especially consequential, but the position matters a great deal for the direction the city chooses to go in and how it will manage itself. It is not an elected position, however, citizens can offer input as to how they feel about each candidate and what they want to see in a new manager. PPHA sees the most potential in Janet Hawinson, but be sure to pick who most speaks to your values and hopes for Helena. Final deliberation is on Dec 10th at 5:30pm in room 330 of the city building. Please consider filling out a form to voice what you want to see:

Helena Emergency Shelter Plan

 A coalition of Helena based organizations are working hard to implement an emergency sheltering plan for this winter due to lack of support in the city during the coldest months. Please consider volunteering and take a look at the PDF file below for the complete plan of action!
